 Registration and Payment:

• By registering for a program at SPAR Wrestling Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Full payment is due at the time of registration.
• Proof of current USA Wrestling Card is needed before participation in any SPAR program.

Refund Policy:

• No Refunds After Practice Starts: There are no refunds issued once a participant begins practice sessions.
• Injury During Practice: In the unfortunate event of a practice-related injury, SPAR Wrestling Academy will offer the following options:
  • Credit Towards Future Training: We will issue a credit for the remaining unused portion of the program that can be applied towards future training options offered by SPAR Wrestling Academy.
  • The credit amount will be based on the remaining sessions and prorated accordingly.
  • This credit is valid for one year from the date of injury.
• Injury Outside of Practice: We are unable to offer refunds or credits for injuries sustained outside of the SPAR Wrestling Academy training facility.

Additional Information:

• We encourage all participants to wear appropriate wrestling attire and protective gear during practice sessions.
• SPAR Wrestling Academy reserves the right to modify the program schedule or content as needed.

Waiver of Liability:

• By registering for this program, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with wrestling practice and agree to hold SPAR Wrestling Academy harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the program.

Acceptance:

• You are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions by registering for the Skills & Drills program at SPAR Wrestling Academy.
